C-27, r. 4 - Regulation respecting the exercise of the right of association under the Labour Code

2. Subject to the Labour Code (chapter C-27), the time limits prescribed by this Regulation are mandatory. However, the Tribunal may extend them for any valid reason, other than the time limit prescribed in section 43, provided the parties agree thereto.
